The parties involved in the operation are these:
1. The biller.
2. The customer paying the bill.
3. The Rapipago collection network, which collects the bill.
4. The "Concentration Bank", where the biller receives the collection proceeds.
5. GIRE, which manages, supervises, and guarantees the entire operation.
Within this operation, GIRE S.A. performs the following functions:
Collects payment from the customer, through the Rapipago network.
Receives information on the collection proceeds and controls the cash flow deposited with the concentration bank.
Reports the collection proceeds to your organization.
Deposits the cash in your account.
